- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are designed to be fair and competitive, adjusted to the specific needs of each client. We offer fixed rates per type of service, whether it is standard or deep cleaning. In addition, we have discounts for recurring services: 10% discount for weekly cleanings and 5% discount for bi-weekly cleanings. All costs include the necessary cleaning products, although if the client has special preferences, we can adapt to their requirements. We do not charge hidden fees; any additional costs for special conditions, such as window or carpet cleaning, will be communicated in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we begin with an initial consultation to understand their specific needs. Depending on the type of service requested (standard, deep cleaning or move-out), we assess the space and agree on a customized cleaning plan. We then set up a convenient date and time to perform the work. On the day of the service, we arrive punctually with all the necessary equipment and cleaning products. Upon completion, we review the job with the client to make sure they are completely satisfied. We always seek to build long-term relationships based on trust and quality service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had hands-on experience in cleaning services since 2023, serving homes, offices and buildings. My team and I are trained in deep cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning products, and handling both occupied and vacant spaces. In addition, I always stay up to date on the best disinfection and safety practices, ensuring a clean and safe environment for my clients. We are committed to providing high quality service tailored to each client's needs.
