- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the square footage of the home, the age of the home and the distance the home is from my office. My prices are competitive but not the cheapest, my Inspections and my report are top notch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with the customer every step of the way and encourage my customers to attend the inspection and to discuss the report with me when they get it. I stand with my customer all the way through closing and after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Home Inspection Institute, 90 hours of training and hands on Inspections, Radon Measurement Trained through Sun Nuclear, Mold Inspection and Indoor Air Quality Certified, Pool/Spa Inspection trained, Tennessee Licensed Home Inspector #2947
