- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Total time for a job includes any time spent picking up and or delivering any material needed plus any time spent traveling to the job location and total time at the job. Any materials or products needed for a job are to be paid for by customer on the day of purchase unless agreed upon otherwise (to be added to labor total).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the proposal is accepted and any materials needed are purchased and on site I will inform customer what day and time I will be arriving at job location and approximately when I will be finished barring any unforseen issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended 2 vocational education schools for the mechanical and electrical trades as well as a combined 33 years experience in mechanical, electrical, carpentry, household plumbing, landscape and lawn care and basically anything to do with my hands, head, and a variety of tools I've collected throughout my career.
