Since the day I moved into my house, I have had trouble with a roof leak. I have had 3 other roofing companies come out and charge me money and do nothing more than put silicone over where they suspected the leak was. The next time it would rain, the leak would persist, and none of those roofers would return my call.
Chris at Tactical was different! He spent time figuring out the problem, did the work promptly, and charged me a very fair price. The next time it rained, he called me (wow!) to check and see if his work had solved my problem. Unfortunately, he had reduced the leaking area, but not solved it. He was back at my house that same day, and figured out the additional problems, and then resolved them.
How refreshing to have a contractor take such pride in the quality of his work, and work until the problem was resolved. I would 100% recommend Chris at Tactical.
