AJ responded immediately and returns calls. That can't be said about many other contractors as we all know. AJ scheduled the service call for 2 days after our conversation, showed up at the appointment time and fixed the electrical problem. His knowledge, professional and friendly manner was refreshing. I plan to use AJ when needs arise and I told him to sign me up for the winterization program.
