Most work is based on a flat rate per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to clearly understand the needs and concerns of new clients. The first step is to interview new clients and discuss these needs and concerns with them, clearly setting expectations and limitations. The work necessary is then scheduled and performed. A courtesy call is always followed up with every job, to insure the work and satisfaction of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty-five years of experience in installation, maintenance and upgrading of digital equipment and software in production environments, offices and conventional homes. Skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office and many other software applications and platforms, Mac or PC.
