Chef Brittiney is a self-taught chef with a farm-to-table background and a focus on elevated Southern comfort cuisine. From early morning harvesting to picking fresh chicken eggs and making everything from scratch, her culinary experience is rooted in lived experience, having learned the foundations of cooking from her grandmother.
Chef Brittiney has worked her way up through the ranks in the culinary industry. Starting as a Chef de Cuisine, later holding the title of Executive Sous Chef, she is now the Culinary Director for a boutique hospitality firm specializing in personal chef, bartending, full-service catering, and event management. Chef Brittiney has achieved many accolades in her career, including winning the Chef Battle: Charleston and Chef Battle: National’s Runner-Up in 2019, receiving bragging rights for the entire year. In addition to her expertise in Southern comfort cuisine, Chef Brittiney’s abilities extend to a wide range of cuisines, cultures, and plating styles.
