FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will have to figure out if we are a good fit or not by having a quick phone call. I don't want to waste anyone's time if both of our expectations cannot be met, after we both agree to proceed I will then schedule a time to come out and meet you in person where we will get a chance to look over your project and discuss all possible options until we find the one that you feel best fits your budget and time schedule. I love meeting new customers because it teaches me so much everytime about my customer service skills and teaches me new ways to better satisfy my growing customer base.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up in Florida where residential construction is so prominent that it really is apart of growing up either helping uncle's or grandparents through the years. Sanding cabinet doors for my step father's custom cabinet business kept me busy during summer breaks. All this led me to doing what I love for a living.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for all kinds of home owners and renters even some investors. Everyone is treated exactly how I would want to be treated.
