Since the purchase of my home Ive always had leaky gutters at the area shown. When built the builder had this open section of roof above he front step wrapped with single gutter all way around and corners with seams. The middle was open and rain covered everything. Water next to foundation is never good. I contacted another gutter company out of Knoxville and they came out and rigged a v shaped fin above the open area to close the gap above and caulked the corners but after five to six hundred dollars later it still leaked and just poured water. . I contacted Jonathan from Jones Co seamless gutters and he came out right away and evaluated the problem. There was no drip edge installed anywhere!! Also the seams at the 90 degree angles were cheap and it was poor quality. I was amazed the other gutter companies failed to deliver discover that. Well I must say that Jones Gutter Company not only fixed the problem but he also hand fabricated a one piece metal pan to replace all the leaky joints. He Installed drip edge and perfectly matched everything. He insisted that I not pay until it rained and I was sure I was satisfied. Look at the pictures. Bone dry now and weve had nothing but rain! Definitely recommend!!!

Never finished the job! Their inexperienced church kids put it up Aug 14. I called them back a few days later, because of dripping and the main section is sloped the wrong way! After 3-4 months of empty promises, they ghosted me. Also they never finished a Y connection they promised. Now I have to fix their teen mission trip project-gone-bad.
