I'm the owner of JUST MOVE!! Fitness and Nutrition and Fit First Responders and Military. I can help you get into shape so you can be successful in your journey called life! I train military and first responders, new or old! I also coach anyone seeking to be healthier and more fit. I have certifications in personal training, group fitness, strength and conditioning, tactical conditioning, sports nutrition, and nutrition. My goal is to get you to, JUST MOVE!!

I was reluctant to try home workouts with just body weight but once I started classes with Jamie (Just Move Fitness) I was hooked. Her workouts are truly the best. She designs the workouts specifically for each person & their goals. Jamie is very dedicated to her work and each client. I strongly recommend her for not only her workouts but also nutritional advice. Jamie has a lot more to offer than just the best at home workouts.
