- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is variable, mostly by the job. If it is something that I do not have established rates for I may charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to speak with my clients on the phone and ask a few questions about their project or needs and then give them a quote. Sometimes I may need to get back with them with a quote. If the project is larger or more involved I may come out to give an estimate. If the project is involving window treatment installation or repair, many times it is helpful to have a picture of treatments so I can see what it is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of hands on installation and repair work and also I am a certified Hunter Douglas installer.
