We offer discounts for military, veterans, firs responders and gov officials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically when a customer calls us they are greeted by our office staff and a conversation is had leading to setting an onsite estimate of their door system with a 2 hour arrival window. the technician will call or text when headed their way with an ETA. once the technician has arrived, the will do a full inspection of the system, both door and motor. once the issue and cause have been determined, the technician will provide options for repair of the system and possible future issues with options for care. once a repair has been selected the technician will begin working on the selected repair. once the work is complete, the technician will meet with the customer in the garage and walk the customer through repairs made and ensure the client is happy with the work. once the client lets us know all is well, we settle up the invoice, leave a contact sticker and leave the home leaving the client with a smoother and more efficient door system.
