- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is up front. We will never do work without permission first so there are never any surprises. We may ask extra questions to clarify certain things so we can quote accurately. It is always better to see larger projects in person before quoting. This will ensure a more accurate estimate. Our service call fee is $45.00 to come out for something that can't be done over the phone or via message and will be waived if hired to do the work. Free Estimates on large projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to start off with a quick 5 minute phone call to hear more information about your project and gain additional insights into what you are needing help with. From there we can schedule the next steps!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through school and apprenticeship program through previous employers and I am now licensed through the State of Tennessee.
