He was warm and personable, and I felt like we had known him for years as he walked us through our “I do’s.” He was sweet and professional. We couldn’t have picked a better officiant had we planned years in advance. His fees were very reasonable. I just can’t express my gratitude to and satisfaction with Norm. He was wonderful ❤️."
