FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When considering our services, here are a few key points about our pricing: Base Fees: Our pricing includes a base fee for wedding planning and officiating services. This fee covers initial consultations, planning sessions, and the officiating of the ceremony. Travel Fees: For locations outside our immediate area, a travel fee will be applied. This ensures that we can provide our services wherever you need them. Discounts: We offer discounts for certain situations, such as booking multiple services (e.g., both planning and officiating) or for off-peak wedding dates. Be sure to ask about any current promotions or discounts during your consultation. Additional Services: Any additional services, such as rehearsal attendance, custom ceremony scripts, or last-minute changes, may incur extra fees. We will discuss these with you upfront to ensure there are no surprises. Payment Terms: We require a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before the wedding. We accept various forms of payment for your convenience. We also offer financing and payment plans. Customized Packages: We understand that every wedding is unique, so we offer customizable packages to fit your specific needs and budget. Feel free to discuss your vision with us, and we will tailor our services accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is the customary process for working with new customers: 1. Initial Consultation: We start with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and budget. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call. 2. Proposal and Agreement: Based on our initial discussion, we provide a detailed proposal outlining our services and pricing. Once you review and agree, we move forward with a signed contract and a deposit to secure your date. 3. Planning and Coordination (as the planner): We work closely with you to plan every detail of your wedding. This includes venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline creation, and more. Regular updates and meetings ensure everything is on track. 4. Ceremony Preparation (as the officiant): As your wedding officiant, I will work with you to create a personalized ceremony script. We can include any special readings, vows, or traditions you wish to incorporate. 5. Rehearsal: We would like to conduct a rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles and the ceremony flows smoothly (if the venue allows for it). This is also a great time to address any last-minute questions or adjustments. 6.Wedding Day (as the planner): On the big day, we manage all aspects of the ceremony and coordination, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You can relax and enjoy your special day knowing that all details are handled. Wedding Day (as the officiant): We arrive in ample time to review last minute adjustments and to review the marriage license. 7. Post-Wedding Follow-Up: After the wedding, we follow up to ensure everything met your expectations and to address any final details, such as returning rental items or providing feedback.
