Last winter we experienced flooding in our home. When so many others were dealing with similar issues, Flood Kings answered the call before we lost all hope in finding anyone available. The owners and employees are top notch. They were open and transparent on the progress of the restoration, professional, and dedicated many, many hours into our home. They worked with us on insurance and advocated for us. I realize our situation was big and scary for a small business like FK but with patience and the right people they came out and got the job done and did it well. Our family really appreciates and are grateful for their service, professionalism, and care during what could be considered one of the most traumatic things weve experienced.
