- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As we work with Customers we find our prices very competitive based on customer satisfaction and years of experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone and/or by text first and get an idea of what you want done and we set up a time to come to you, we work with you to get a detailed picture of what you want done, we give you a quote and options depending on what you want to spend. Here’s where the “custom” comes in that’s in our name. Let’s say it’s a simple TV to hang with sound options….we want to know where you sit to watch TV, what you like to do, ergonomic factors and all about what you listen to and your preferences
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Engineering Degree from USC but more relevant to our work is the years of Professional training and multiple certifications I have received through CEDIA and other Equipment Manufacturers. During and after College I owned and operated a successful DJ business and both team member Bruce and myself have been performing musicians so we have fine tuned ears for good sound. We are constantly studying just to stay on top of the best products for our customers. All these things add up to helping us deliver exactly what you want from your basic TV install to a full house sound system and home theatre.
