Everything about this company is first rate. Jordan and Keegan communicated well, and responded to my input and questions about cleaning my pool. They did their best to give me timeline for steps and progress, and gave me advice on products and equipment to use. I sent pics of the pool, and was added to their schedule as further cleaning and chemical adjustments were needed. It ended up being much more difficult that any of us guessed, but the pool looks incredible, and I would recommend them to anyone. I plan to have them replace my vinyl liner after this season.

When experiencing an issue with our pool, we requested an appointment and got a quick reply. At this initial appointment (which we were grateful was able to be scheduled so quickly), a member of this team was very helpful, but when we continued to experience the same problem, I contacted the owner to request a follow-up appointment for further trouble shooting but the company never returned for their scheduled follow-up visit.
