Hakari Floor Waxing

Stripping and waxing to make your floors shine and look sparkly new! We can remove stains, foot prints and other imperfections depending on original conditions of your floors. We work with many floor types! We do not do concrete. We charge about 25-55 cents a square foot depending on if it is just polish and wax or full strip, and how many layers of wax need to be applied. Our minimum charge is 500$, so if you have a small floor space, you will pay more per a square foot than if you have a larger space. The process is stripping first - we remove all the chemicals and wax. The. we clean the floors and remove as many imperfections as possible - we cannot fix cracks or holes with stripping/waxing, you will have to replace the tile if it is broken. After the cleaning and drying, we will slowly apply coats of wax and let each dry. We have different chemicals for different applications. We also provide janitorial cleaning service contracts for commercial businesses and post construction cleanup. We don’t do epoxy or concrete floors, we don’t do basketball courts. We don’t work with residential and our minimum per night job is 500$ in one sitting. If your job is doing small pieces each night, the minimum is 500$ per night.
