BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! There is a One month in advance credit card precharge, BEFORE lessons are provided with NO REFUNDS....even if no service provided. They will not ask you to authorize the next charge, they will retain your credit card number and continue to charge you without your confirmation of upcoming invoices. Did not see policy on website or App, Beware. The instructor I got passed on to was fine.

As part of our services, we match incoming students with the instructor who will best fit the student's goals and singing styles. At your free vocal consultation, the studio policy was covered, and you were emailed a copy of the policy in your follow-up email. Our records show you signed the studio policy. M.E.T. Studio of Voice is committed to offering the best vocal coaching possible, which is why we request students sign up for automatic payment (invoices are processed on the third business day of the month, and our records show you viewed the invoice multiple times before it was processed). We want to use our energy for teaching, studying, and planning, not tracking down payment. Tom, we are sorry you did not enjoy your experience in this studio, we hope you find lessons in a studio that best fits your expectations, and we wish you the absolute best.

We offer a FREE initial consultation in person (or online) during which your voice is assessed. The consultation includes a few questions, singing, and then a plan is formulated to get your voice where you want it to be!
