- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for any active military, veterans, first responders, teachers or hospital workers of any kind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come on site to get a better understanding of the scope of work needed for the job. We give the client all the necessary repair information they need and then provide them with a quote in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of our owner's was a commissioned officer in the United States Army. He holds a BC license that includes residential, commercial and industrial work. He keeps all of our projects very organized with attention to detail being a focal point.
