- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing starts at $150, but I have several different services I can add on for additional fees, including license plate searches, social media searches, and investigative hours. Each fee package is tailored to my customer's specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to call my new potential client and provide a free consultation. During this time, I learn more about my client's needs, the information they already have, and the information they need to find out. I then do a brief search before any fees are paid to ensure I can help my client and not waste their money. Once my potential client decides to hire me, I send an invoice to their email address so they can pay me securely through a payment processor. I never have access to any of their financial information. Once the invoice is paid, I place them in my investigative schedule. I'm able to complete most cases on the same day as hired. I stay in touch with my clients throughout the process and ask additional questions when necessary. I want this to be a stress-free process for my clients, so I do everything I can to make the process as simple as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an investigator since 2021, and I have over 2500 investigative hours under my belt. I trained for 4 months before getting my first case, and I've taken additional courses to ensure I'm at the top of my game. I do criminal defense work in Tennessee as well as background checks, reunions, divorce cases, and research all across the United States.
