FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, we want our customers to feel confident and informed every step of the way. That’s why we believe in transparent and fair pricing that reflects the quality of our work. Just like you, we appreciate knowing what to expect upfront, so we always provide clear estimates before we start any project. Our pricing takes into account the unique aspects of your project, such as the size of the area to be cleaned, the type of surfaces involved, and any special treatments needed. We want you to feel comfortable with the investment you’re making, so we’re happy to discuss pricing options and answer any questions you may have. At the end of the day, our goal is to provide you with exceptional service at a price that fits your budget. We’re committed to delivering results that leave you smiling and your property looking its best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting a new project with someone, it’s all about connecting and understanding what they need. We chat about what areas they want to clean up and what their expectations are. Then, I swing by their place to check things out in person. After that, I crunch some numbers and come up with a fair quote. Once we’re on the same page with pricing, we pick a time that works for both of us. On the big day, I show up ready to tackle the job, making sure to prep the area and get everything set up just right. It’s always satisfying to see the transformation as I work. Once it’s all done, I like to chat with them again to make sure they’re happy with the results. Finally, we settle up, and I head off, knowing I’ve made their day a little brighter.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started with pressure washing by helping a friend clean his dirty patio. He had rented a pressure washer but didn’t know how to use it, so I offered to help. We spent an afternoon figuring it out together, and I really enjoyed seeing how clean everything looked afterward. After that, I started practicing on my own house, cleaning the driveway and deck. As I got more comfortable with the equipment, neighbors and friends began asking for my help. It turned into a fun hobby, and I liked the instant results and satisfaction from making things look new again.
