- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time meeting is for a fitness consultation. The consultation is an opportunity to talk about fitness goals, exercise background, injury history, or any medical considerations. After the consultation, I will outline to you a program that is specific to your current level of physical fitness and most appropriate to help you reach your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine; Crossfit Level 1 Certified; TRX certified
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been personal training for a long time and I have worked with clients all across the spectrum. There is no barriar to training that is specific to your situation that will surprise me. That is one of the great benefits of working with a personal trainer. I am a professional that is here to help you navigate through any obstacle and help you successfully get to where you want to be.
