As a personal trainer and general wellness coach, my primary aim is to provide clients with the highest quality regimen in a holistic and customized manner tailored to their needs and goals. Having spent over a year as a personal trainer, preceded by over eight years as a martial arts instructor in the physically and mentally demanding Hapkido style, as well as in Korean swordsmanship, my experience has consisted of significant time training adults and children on individual and group levels, covering a vast range of ages and physical attributes.
Nutritional guidance, as well as overall health and fitness support outside of personal training time is also crucial to the training process, and I make myself readily available for questions and support.
I have helped multiple clients achieve their weight loss and strength goals as a personal trainer at a large franchise gym, while also having trained many others towards achieving their Black Belts in Hapkido and Korean swordsmanship.
My central passion rests in seeing and being an essential driving force behind my clients achieving their goals, and in some cases going above and beyond to achieve a new goal they have decided to take on.
