- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $45/hr with a 4 hr min, incl. shopping time. No markup on purchases. I will work with you and your needs to make this process work best for you and not cost you more than necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always enjoy having a casual chat with potential clients prior to visiting the job site, so I can gain an understanding of your objectives and expectations. This isn't a formal process - it's more about getting to know each other, as this helps me create a comfortable atmosphere and ensures that I deliver my best work for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience providing organizational assistance to friends and family members, over the years. And I have several years of Administrative/Office support experience, in a professional setting.
