- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For shorter projects I typically charge by the hour. Single sessions can range anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours, depending on the needs of the customer. For ongoing engagements I am flexible and can charge by the session (half-day or full-day).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by speaking with the customer over the phone. I ask a lot of questions regarding the customer's needs and expectations, and I allow them to ask questions of me and the process I use. If we agree to move forward, we then schedule a time for our first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). I have received the Certificate of Residential Organizing through NAPO and the Certificate of Household Management. I currently serve on the board of the local chapter of NAPO (NAPO - Nashville). I am constantly taking continuing education courses in the field of professional organizing to further my skills.
