- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices very affordable so that everyone can afford to have someone help with those stressful tasks we all face so they can have more time for themselves, for family or to be more productive at work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a phone consultation with pictures to follow so that I get an idea of what I want to do before I get to the house
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal assistant/concierge and also a certified life coach. I was a house manager for someone for the past 5 years, as well as assisting other clients part time. I am an entrepreneur who has been a licensed nail technician and salon owner for the past 20 years.
