- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we do a free consultation to make sure we are both on the same page when it comes to what, when, and why they want to work with Nosh Desserts. Then we move into an overall idea for the event, and finally pricing. Pricing varies per project—for catering and desert tables it’s per guest, for cakes it’s per tier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Pastry Arts Degree from Johnson and Wales University, as well as 6+ years in the food industry!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Moms, corporate events, even a celebrity!
