Kristen was fundamental for our event to happen and be a success! We were planning a huge outdoors Fall Festival expecting more than 300 people and Kristen made the experience seamless and removed all the burden and stress from us! She took care of all the vendor coordination, event planning and creating the list of necessary supplies. We had to reschedule the event due to a hurricane and she took care of all the arrangements necessary for that, we did not have to worry about anything! She was also super responsive via text, call and any form of contact we needed. Would definitely recommend working with her!

Kristen planned my entire bachelorette evening & I couldn’t be more happy with how everything went!! It was super fun!!!!!! I didn’t have to plan anything!! She had it ALL under control!!! It was a 4 part evening. Cocktail hour, dinner, social hour & honky Tonkin’ on Broadway!!! I was amazed with all the details from sashes for me & all the girls, napkins with my name on it, decorations, valet, cocktail hour with a drink named after me to order, place settings, sunglasses, beads, Tatoo bar, menu, games, every where we went, including bars with reserved seating, and getting home!! If your looking for someone to plan an event, look no further!!! Effortless Events by Kristen has EVERYTHING covered!! Thank you for one of the best nights EVER!!!!

Kristen is a fantastic event planner. Our company had to find an event planner at the last minute to coordinate a 3-day event in Nashville and she pulled together an event that exceeded our executive team’s expectations! She not only had to plan, but re-plan certain components of the event and did so with ease. She also made it a seemless experience while onsite so I could focus on my company kickoff. I cannot offer enough praise for her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and creativity. Unlike some event planners, she didn’t press me hard on budget and ensured we had a fabulous experience within the budget we gave her!

Effortless Events by Kristen was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Kristen's communication style was timely and professional from start to finish. The quality of her work and the value she provided was truly amazing - the decor and floral arrangements she created were absolutely beautiful and so creative. Kristen kept everything running smoothly for our timeline, from music cues to food schedule, to photography coordination. She made sure all of our guests were comfortable and engaged throughout the entire event. Kristen's attention to detail is exceptional, and the centerpieces and decor were exactly as we had hoped. She kept everyone informed about the timing of events and special requests (like playing a specific song or gathering a group for photos). I am so glad Kristen was there to make our wedding day perfect - many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended!
