The Green Truck Moving & Storage Co. goes by the motto "move stuff, save the planet." As Tennessee's only eco-friendly moving company, we strive to provide premium moving and storage solutions that are customer and earth friendly. We run our trucks on B20 fuel, plant 2 trees for every move, and return to our customers homes (within 15 miles) to recycle their boxes and plastics after the move is complete. We also provide reusable plastic containers as an alternative to boxes (we call "eco crammers"). These containers can be rented at a weekly rate helping customers save money on their packing materials. In case your move requires temporary or long term storage, The Green Truck Moving & Storage Co. provides vault storage for your items in transition. At The Green Truck Moving & Storage Co., we take pride in providing premium services while creating a positive effect on the environment in which we live. As a company, we try our best to eliminate our carbon footprint by investing in the communities in which we live. As a result, we serve as a moving partner for several of Middle Tennessee's major real estate firms. The Green truck came to atlanta ga where they provided the best moving service I have ever had. I think the best part of the entire move was how nice and helpful the movers were. They helped me transition to Nashville stressfree and provided great customer service.

We used The Green Truck Moving Co to move within Nashville. The lady I spoke with on the phone, to set the move day, was wonderful. She helped me work out all the details. The day of the move a truck with 5 guys showed up right on time. (I only paid for 4 movers!) They were quick, efficient, curtious and took great pride in their work. They treated our things like they were their own. We will never use another company again! HIGHLY recommend!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for our moves. These prices are set by hourly rates. The hourly rate depends on the size and complexity of your move. Once our office has all the details of your move we can provide you with the correct rate based on what is needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much information about the job first. Secondly we will provide a detailed quote. Once quote is reviewed by customer we can answer as many questions as the customer needs before paying the deposit for the move. Once the move is complete our customer service team will reach out to the customer to ensure they were 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has over 50 years experience combined. We have an onsite training facility in our 17,000 sq. ft. warehouse that allows us to continue training new employees as well as seasoned ones.
