Horrific and unprofessional. I was hesitant to post a negative review but after being ignored I don’t want this to happen to someone else. They did a poor job respecting my home. They left paint all over my house including my appliances, countertops, vanity, and faucets. Initially when I expressed my concerns to Henry he seemed on board to make it right, but after showing him all the pictures of the mess he blocked me & never sent him team back out to make it right. I would avoid this company if you care about your house, need quick care, or want someone who is professional. Absolutely horrendous.

Fist of all if you are going to post a negative review at least have some integrity to tell the entire story after all, it seems that you lack integrity and respect for peoples work and labor . You were quoted up to two coats of painting for walls , after letting you know that it wouldn’t cover with 2 coats you requested an additional coat of painting which you refused to pay us anything for , also you asked my painter to paint a closet for you and she notified you that it would additional labor cost . When I asked you about that additional closet you acted like you didn’t know I was talking about until you admitted that you did ask for that( he suggested giving us 50$ more for the entire additional labor which I Asked him to at least pay us 100$ for the closet painting, not asking about the third coat of paint in walls ) . You were given the opportunity to request any touch ups and anything that needed to be cleaned before giving us the okay after completion and before paying us. You said everything looked look great and proceed to pay us , Hours later you texted me waiting that you wished us to have done a better job at cleaning and sent pictures of stuff that honestly doubt it was done by my painters seems like previous stuff prior to us painting but I could be wrong . We try to make everyone happy with our work and you are absolutely the first person out of over 80 reviews who is sadly playing the victim card after taking advantage of my workers by adding work and not wanting to pay for their time and taking advantage of the their poor level of English . I’m 100% sure you wouldn’t have done that to a native English speaking painting company . We strive to do our best to make sure everyone of our customer is super happy with our work but for this instance I will take the side of my workers and protect their dignity and protect them from people like yourself that take advantage of them . Have a nice day , and trust me we won’t got out of business due to your review . The lord provides all the time 🙂
