Our process for new customers begins with a detailed conversation, where we gather essential information about their cleaning needs and the property. This enables us to provide an accurate estimate tailored to their requirements. Upon arrival of their cleaning appointment, we start with an in-person walkthrough with the customer, if possible, to get a firsthand look at the space and discuss specific expectations. Our team then performs the cleaning with meticulous attention to detail. After completing the service, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the customer's satisfaction. We prioritize client feedback, making certain they are delighted with our services before concluding our work.
