The man who came to my house to check out the problem with my washer returned a week later at 7pm unannounced and rang my door bell then sat in his car in my driveway for 25 mins. I was very scared from this encounter and luckily had a man tell him to leave. Apparently he came over and wanted to tell me he refunded my service fee…. Very strange behavior.
