They were great to work with. They responded to my inquiry for furniture assembly immediately and we set up a date for the job a few days later. Failed to show up for appointment. Poor communication. PRO contacted me later and explained he had locked his keys and phone up in the car so he couldn’t come and couldn’t communicate. Seems like a nice guy. I will give him 5 stars
