I went with Simply Gutters, LLC because the other companies said they would not install in-ground downspouts like I previously had. When I got back to check the work, I had new gutters - but the downspouts were installed in the exact opposite way I wanted to avoid. Multiple downspouts aren't even connected like they were before and just randomly drain on a hope and a prayer over top of the previous hole - which leads to water going everywhere and getting into my foundation. I have tried to be patient, but we can't blame it on supply chain at this point. This job was done in early July, with no supervisor coming over to check that it was done properly, and it's almost September and I'm still waiting on this to be fixed. It should have been done correctly the first time, and I feel misled. My property was left a complete mess, also. (Old spikes and ferrules left lying around everywhere.) If this were my business, I would be offering something to make up for the negligence and lack of professionalism. (Additional downspout, leaf maintenance for a year or two, etc.) Until then, I'm making monthly payments on an incomplete job that would have been an A+ if the two most basic rules everybody knows had been followed: leave things better than you found them, and under-promise and over-deliver. You don't send inexperienced people out to almost-do a job that somebody will have to live with for decades.

Once we know that you need our services, you will be contacted by me, on the initial conversation we will determine what exact services you may need, then we can schedule an appointment for us to come out and provide you with a free inspection and estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of personal experience in Construction and Home Improvement, and 4 years of experience in gutters specifically. I also served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force, and did 2 tours in the middle east.
