He received his Bachelor's of Music with an emphasis in Jazz Guitar Performance from the University of Northern Colorado. He has taught for many music lesson studios and privately for 12 years. In addition, he has written articles that have been featured in blogs and in magazines such as Classical Guitar Magazine.
He has recorded, toured, and performed with many groups in a variety of genres. His most recent projects include an electronic ambient album released under his name and his soul/jazz band, Strange Heavens.

Andy is great! He is very knowledgeable and makes learning easy. He is also flexible with time so that’s a plus for a beginner adult who only has after kiddos are asleep to take any time for themselves!
