- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our preliminary proposals we provide are not necessarily based on a set amount of hours; but on the project services request(s) due to their extensive nature, liability, experience/skills/manpower or tools/equipment/materials necessary, hazards, urgency and/or size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ve found the below process has worked best for me to understand how I can prepare and accommodate an array of requests. 1) I request a project walk/talk through video. 2) In some instances, I request an onsite consultation prior to committing to your project. 3) I charge a project minimum (not based on an in-app hourly rate, but based on range of variables) 4) Based on above, I will draw up and present you with a proposal outlining all project details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelor’s in Business Administration (with an emphasis on double majors: Managerial Finance & Real Estate) from the University of Mississippi. Additionally, I have experience working with a highly respected local luxury custom home builder.
