- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every event is unique and needs and wants are different, pricing is based after a free consultation to discuss your needs, wants and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A questionnaire and free consultation is done to access the vision of the event from the client. A retainer is paid to lock in the date with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior the event. I keep an open line of communication as we proceed through the planning process.
