The tech was polite and professional, the vents were significantly dirtier than expected and they were able to make them spotless. After they identified mold I learned that the general $200 cleaning only included vacuuming so I had to pay significantly higher for the sanitation/wash. Approx. $1300. The biggest frustration is that the amount of dirt and debris/trash spread throughout my home is significant. I’ve been wiping off all surfaces including walls for the last few days as well as rewashing bedding and any clothing/throws that were out. My blinds were covered and have had to be vacuumed etc. While I’m glad the vents are much cleaner the aftermath has been exhausting. I wish something had covered at least my furniture.
