- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a service call to come look at your issue. We will evaluate your problem and give you upfront pricing based on your issues and our fixed pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have extensive training and a nationwide network behind them. They come in a truck specifically outfitted to handle all of your drain and sewer needs.
