FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every case, and every client, is different. You will find that most law offices in Middle TN begin every case with a retainer fee. This is an amount that you, the client, and your attorney will agree on during your first meeting. That amount will be based on many things, such as, the type and complexity of your case, and the estimated amount of work (hours) required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting, either via phone or in person, generally lasts about 30 minutes and is FREE to the client. At that time we will discuss the needs of their individual case and come up with a plan of action to move forward. We at Everette Law will always do everything in our power to resolve our clients issues as quickly and as peacefully as possible, but know that if necessary we will fight tooth and nail for our clients and their families.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science from David Lipscomb University, Major: Accounting; Law Degree/License in Tennessee; Rule 31 Mediator; and years of experience practicing family and estate law in Middle Tennessee.
