Chris came out, quickly diagnosed and repaired my unit. Gave me a quick tutorial on maintenance and how my unit worked. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Would give him 10 stars if I could.

Price is incorrect. They will want you to enroll you on their monthly plan routine maintenance cost 99+ not 69.95 for one time like they told which is not cool. They have sale’s department. Just get the independent contractor and get it repaired. This company shouldn’t be here on this app

Joe and Chris came out to my work, and were able to diagnose, repair, and finish all within an hour. Joe was not familiar with the commercial side, but was awesome at explaining the yearly maintenance and the fees. He and Chris were upfront and honest, and their work was top notch. I loved that I called around 1-2pm and they were here the same day. Will definitely recommend!

Air went down on Sunday in 90 degree heat. I have a 92 year old parent residing with us so we needed to get it fixed fast. Note, I did not tell them that when I made the appointment.My appointment was confirmed via text and email, my tech notified me when he was on his way and they were here within two hours and had me up and running in no time. My tech was friendly, courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. Price was very reasonable for a Sunday service call.

Had my unit stop working at 5:30pm on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Aire Serv and they had a technician on the way within an hour. The technician, Joe Henry, was kind, professional, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within about 30 minutes. By 7:30pm my AC was fixed and working great. Great experience all around, thanks again to Joe and Aire Serv.
