- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing on our projects as well as occasional discounts and incentives for qualifying customers. We are confident that we have priced our services accurately so we can maintain the highest quality of workmanship in our industry, without overcharging the community. When we put an estimate together for our customers, the price is firm, meaning there won’t be any surprise costs once the project has started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by conducting a free onsite design consultation so we can learn the needs of our customer and present comprehensive solutions that meet those needs. Once the project details are agreed upon, we conduct a measure appointment to fine tune every detail and get the project scheduled. From the measure appointment, our projects typical start in 4-5 weeks and are completed in 2-5 days tops.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers, including the owner of the business have received training on the systems we install and must pass a rigorous trial period before they may lead project installs. We operate under our Home Improvement Contractors license in the state of TN.
