FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on my experience, customer service skills, and the convenience of your pups being groomed in your home so you and your dogs can be more comfortable throughout the process. I do use your water and electricity. I bring everything else so there's nothing you need to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you and your pets. I hope that you can get to know me as well so you can feel more comfortable allowing me to work on your pets. I will just need to find an area in the home, at least 6 x 6, and I'll get all set up. Outside works too when the weather is nice. I'll just need access to water and an outlet. I don't mind if you hangout during the process but the dogs typically behave better when their owner isn't around. When finished I will make sure to clean up before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a vet tech from 2007-2011. I went to grooming academy in 2010. Since then I have worked in corporate salons, mom & pop shops, and two different mobile companies. I have groomed in 5 different states. I have also taken grooming classes at the Atlanta Pet Fair, now known as Groom'd. I am CPR certified for dogs and humans.
