Lucy is very nice throughout the process. She was late by an hour, but she answered all my calls and tried to communicate. None of this would have affected my review for her as I understand there can be honest delays from travel and previous app. There are two issues. The makeup is very heavy. If that is what you are looking for, you should be fine. We are looking for a more natural look, it’s the opposite. The other issue is the completely wrong foundation color for the makeup. My daughter is mixed with slightly brown tone to her skin esp with some tan to rest of her body. Her face is so white at the end of day, it’s in a different shade than rest of her body for the rest of evening. This unfortunately showed up in all her photos and pretty much made most of the photos not usable. On the other hand, if you have lighter skin tone, Lucy maybe a good candidate for your project.
