- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our website prices indicate what our prices are and then the only item not included is the e-collar but can be purchased separately or through us. We do have various discounts for military, veterans, & educators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will initially have a phone conversation to have your free home consultation set-up. That is where we can go over your particular needs and then go over the appropriate training packages for your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are utilizing over 40 years of experience in training methodology that we are applying to the curriculum that you are educating you on.
