FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is sometimes difficult explain. (Especially first time visits.) Think of your aquarium as your lawn or yard. If a lawn costs $30 a week to maintain or cut, if left alone to over grow for a month, it’s no longer a $30 cut. It involves more work, effort, and skill to correct and get back on track. My pricing is a “Up To” system for monthly services. First tier starts at $55 “Up To” 55 gallons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation. Determine scope of work, customers’s goal and aspirations, and execution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A life time of keeping aquariums and ponds. Aquatics Expert for PetCo in the early 90’s.
