Joseph is the best instructor. I was new to yoga and a sceptic. I didn’t think I would be able to sit still long enough to enjoy the challenges and benefits that practicing yoga allows. Joseph addressed all of these “worries” and I feel restored and rejuvenated after every class. I’m physically and mentally stronger, and use what I’m learning from Joseph outside of the studio too. He is extremely knowledgeable, creates awareness in body and mind, and is always attentive to the students comfort level. Love, love, love his classes!
