responded immediately with times he's available. tech showed up as promised. I was informed the whole way through on when, how much, and what is to be done. Came out to fix a leak in a pipe (the leak had to be found first) and was done within about an hour. So far the leak is good, only a few weeks will show, but i'm optimistic the job was done properly. thanks Jeff and Bryson
