Working with R & A Plumbing was wonderful. The work was clearly defined and the estimate was clear. The project was completed quickly and at the time I was told. The estimate of this project was higher than other competitors. I choose R & A because of specific comments and questions that were asked...I was confident that their work would be done correctly. First of all, when Jeff arrived, he was professional, courteous, and efficient. Jeff was absolutely amazing at flushing my water heater and at a great price! He showed me what it looked like to not have my water heater flushed for six years (the amount of sediment). I had not had it flushed previously due to ignorance of not knowing. He did not try to sell me on services like other so-called professionals would attempt. He was honest and showed me the importance of yearly maintenance. Furthermore, Jeff gave me his estimated price on a new water heater, plumbing, parts, labor, and the first year of maintenance when I do need a new water heater. I highly recommend R & A Plumbing and I will be using their services again!
